What's included in the bookkeeping packages?
Every month we categorize all business income and expense transactions and send a monthly statement with a balance sheet and profit and loss. These reports help you understand your business and make decisions, and they are what lenders and the IRS want to see. Unlimited email and text support is included.
What does it cost?
Packages are $297, $497 or $997 a month, month to month, with no long-term contracts. Over $1M in revenue a year, you get a custom quote after a free 15-minute consultation. We confirm the right package with you on a free 15-minute call, and you pay after the call.
I'm behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. Monthly packages cover the current month forward. Catch-up for past months is billed one tier below your monthly plan, for each month we catch up. For example, on the Medium plan ($497 a month), each month of back work is $297.
Do you do my taxes too?
Yes. Tax planning and preparation for your business and personal returns is available through our TAX DRx professionals, and tax resolution help is available if you are behind with the IRS or your state.
Do I have to switch software?
We work in QuickBooks Online. If you are on Essentials, Plus or Advanced you are all set. If you are on Simple Start or Self-Employed, or not on QuickBooks yet, we provide a discounted subscription and set it up for you.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Statements and documents are exchanged only through our secure client portal, never by email, and your data is kept private from employees as well as outsiders.
How fast do you respond?
We aim to answer within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are busy, we will still let you know we got your message.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. Service is month to month, and you can cancel any time with no partial-month refunds.
